Returns & Exchanges
We allow 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered after this 7 day period.
Please reach out to store@dailystoic.com with return and exchange inquiries. Please note we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If eligible for a return or exchange, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless you received a damaged or defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable so if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping for your order will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for any returns or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or the time it takes to process the return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund:

All digital products including Daily Stoic courses, challenges, and action guides
- Memento Mori Signet Ring (please read product description)
- Any signed, or signed and personalized books
- All sale items
Once your return is received by our fulfillment center and processed, we will issue a refund or process the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International orders may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, depending on the circumstances of the order.
Please note all refunds can take up to 10 business days to complete processing once we have issued the refund. If you have not received a refund after this time, please reach out to your bank or credit card company as they may have longer processing times. If you have not received a refund after following the step above, please contact store@dailystoic.com.
Order Processing
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Many of our items ship within 1 business day of placing your order. However we are a small operation and some items can take 2-4 business days to process and ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Occasionally we do offer pre-orders for certain items. These items will mention pre-order in the description and will ship according to the timeline given in the description
Once your order has started the fulfillment process, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. This also includes address changes.
If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to store@dailystoic.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
We use USPS to ship orders within the United States and UPS Economy to ship internationally. International orders are subject to customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding delivery times and are happy to answer any questions you may have at store@dailystoic.com.
Tracking
Personalized signed book orders take 7-10 business days to process and show updates. You may receive a shipping confirmation email shortly after placing the order however tracking will not show any updates until Ryan has signed your book and your order has been packaged and shipped.
Personalized books also ship separately from other Daily Stoic Store items so you may be given two tracking numbers for one order.
